Q: Why use the Select-A-Gift program rather than cash or department store certificates?
A: Everyone wants to give a gift that will be used and remembered. Statistics prove there is little remembrance value associated with cash – very likely it will be used to pay bills and expenses. Our gift and incentive programs allow your recipient to select an item they have always wanted and needed. Each time it is used, they will remember the donor and the thought behind the gift.  Another feature of our programs is that your program administrator will know that the gift certificate was used. Just call us to receive an up-to-date accounting of redeemed and unredeemed certificates.  Does a department store give you an accounting of redeemed gift certificates?  Recipients choose their gift selections via a full-color catalog or on-line. Shipping is automatically included within the 48 contiguous states. No long trips to the department stores. No standing in line. No extra shipping costs.

Q. How do merchandise prices compare to other programs or retail pricing?
A. The values in our catalog are the best in the industry for any program offering the same services and features. We attempt to keep prices at recommended retail levels. Keep in mind that if you ask a retailer to provide you with a sophisticated web based program complete with all of our features, maintain availability of merchandise plus include shipping of the merchandise anywhere in the contiguous U. S., retailers will probably tell you they can't do that for twice the price! Since 1963, we have learned the secrets to controlling program costs and we pass this savings on to you.

Q. How do I know which program solution is best for me?
A. Just contact us and describe your program objectives. Chances are we have set up and administered a program that will address the goals you envision. We are always glad to customize a gift or incentive program to best serve your program objectives.

Q. Do you offer complete paperless online programs?
A. Yes, we offer customized website based programs (Points Bank Awards Program) which allows the recipient to log on to their own secure account, automatically updated as they earn points for merchandise redemption. It is easy to advise us of the participant data for your incentive program by simply forwarding an Excel spreadsheet to us. It's the most dynamic way to run a program! Complete reporting capabilities are available to you 24/7 to track recipient point balances and award redemptions.

Q. I don’t want my recipients to know how much we’ve spent for their gifts or awards.
A. Our catalogs do not include pricing information. Our master gift catalog includes all 15 categories with page and category notations. Our points based catalog includes page and point headers. We also offer individual category booklets containing only the gifts within each category level.

Q: How often are the gift catalogs updated?
A: Our paper gift catalogs are updated yearly, each edition remaining in effect for 18 months. The on-line gift catalog is updated automatically each year.

Q: How quickly can I initiate a program?
A: Gift certificate programs can be initiated immediately. Just advise us of the category levels and quantity of certificates needed. The certificates and optional catalogs will ship from our headquarters within one or two business days.  Incentive point programs can also be initiated very quickly. Just order the point certificates and optional catalogs and they'll be shipped one or two business days.  Should your program include a customized website, just e-mail your logo and any verbiage you wish included in the website. Most websites will be developed within a few days, depending upon complexity.

Q. Can certificates be imprinted with our logo or company name?
A. Your certificates will be imprinted with the program or company logo/name of your choice. If you opt for on-line gift redemption program, certificates will be imprinted with the web site address for redemption. For those programs not utilizing a customized web site, each certificate will be imprinted with a generic web site address for general redemption. The back of each point certificates is an order form with instructions how to mail the certificates for redemption.

Q. Are there purchase minimums or contracts?
A. There are no minimum purchase agreements or contracts. Begin and end your program at any time.

Q. Can catalogs be customized?
A. Our catalog can be customized both in print and online form. For the printed catalog, we can create a cover of your own design, imprinted with your rules or a letter from the program director. We also include only the price points applicable to your program.
Our online catalog can be customized down to the items displayed. We can delete items from categories, use only the categories you want and make changes as the program progresses.
