Properly structured incentive programs make
money.
Our Catalog Gift Program allows the objectives of your program to be achieved
before the participants are rewarded. The "cost of the program" is a percentage
of the savings or profits the program generates.
One Answer – Incentive Gift Program
There are numerous ways of setting up Safety and
Incentive Programs. Whether it's using the point
system or your own point system we'll help you!
Point System
Each award level has a point value of 1/2 cent per point. With Catalog Gift
Plan's easy to distribute points, the recipient earns points and either sends
the certificates to our award headquarters or redeems the certificates online
for award redemption. Once received, the award will be shipped
promptly. Shipping and handling charges are included in the cost of the price
level within the 48 contiguous states.
The following table breaks down the categories by point value:
In many cases companies use their own point system to
motivate employees. We offer a FREE customized website featuring your own point
system. Your recipients will choose their gift from your password
protected website. The website automatically sends an e-mail to your program
administrator to verify that your recipient has indeed earned the sufficient
point balance for redemption of the chosen gift. Or your recipients may choose
their gift from a traditional catalog and inform your administrator of their
choice. Your administrator then e-mails or faxes a purchase order to our
office regarding the category level, gift choice, and shipping address. This
type program is regarded as a Pay-As-You-Go, rather than a pre-paid program.

Another option is our Awards Network (Points Bank Program) which will allow us
to administrate your program using on-line capabilities, considered ideal for a
program involving a large number of participants. Points Bank Programs require a
one-time $1,250 website design fee. You will forward a spreadsheet detailing the
points earned by each participant, typically on a monthly basis. Each account is
updated with the recipient's performance activity plus we monitor the
recipient's account for the verification and deduction of their points when
award redemptions are made. An account history page is available detailing
all point redemptions for merchandise items. The recipient can log into their
own personal account using their assigned user name and password to view their
earned points and redeem their accrued points as they choose. We will send their
chosen gift to the address your recipient has specified.
